Leeds United to welcome back five players v Southampton, Kalvin Phillips ready – Ben Dinnery
Leeds United are set to have five players back and fully available for the Premier League clash with Southampton.
That’s according to injury expert Ben Dinnery, who has shared the good news despite a whirlwind of injury problems in the 3-2 win at Wolves.
Illan Meslier, Kalvin Phillips, Diego Llorente, Patrick Bamford and Leo Hjelde are likely to return against the Saints.

Sharing on his website, Dinnery insisted that all five will likely return on or before the 2nd of April after this international break.
The two-week break has come at the perfect time for Jesse Marsch.
Leeds have won consecutive games in the Premier League for only the second time this season, and confidence will be through the roof.
Unfortunately, though, numbers were dropping rapidly, with the Whites being forced into four injury substitutes at Molineux.

Perfect.
Confidence is at a sky-high right now, and it will only grow again once the likes of Phillips and Bamford return to 100%.
The striker was starting games despite admittedly not being at his best, so this break has come at the perfect time for him to rest without pushing through the pain barrier.
On top of that, Phillips was on the bench at Molineux but was never going to play, with these extra two weeks without a game now being used to get him back to perfect levels.
Should the starting line-up involve Phillips, Cooper, and Bamford against Southampton, expectation and confidence will be electric.
This two-week break could be key to the rest of our season, and ultimately, our Premier League status past this campaign.
Marsch will also have the chance to perfect his system with his best players, with the likes of Raphinha also not travelling after his COVID test.
This fortnight will be key.
