Leeds United title prediction made by supercomputer after Bristol City win
Leeds United beat Bristol City 4-0 at Elland Road on Monday, taking one step closer to the Championship title.
Liam Manning’s team travelled to West Yorkshire on 28 April as they looked to spoil the party atmosphere in LS11 and cement their place in the play-offs.
Daniel Farke opted for an unchanged starting lineup at Elland Road after their 6-0 thrashing of Stoke City on 21 April, and the players put on another show for the crowd.
Ao Tanaka opened the scoring for the Whites before Willy Gnonto scored a second, and Largie Ramazani’s late brace capped off the last home game of the season.

Championship title to come to Leeds United in supercomputer prediction
Opta’s supercomputer has predicted the West Yorkshire outfit to win the Championship title after beating Bristol.
The Whites have been given a 70.32 per cent chance of lifting the league trophy at the end of the season.
Championship table (2024/25) | Matches played | Points |
1. Leeds | 45 | 97 |
2. Burnley | 45 | 97 |
3. Sheffield United | 45 | 89 |
4. Sunderland | 45 | 76 |
Burnley are level on points with the Peacocks going into the final game of the campaign.
Farke’s team will face the already relegated Plymouth Argyle on 3 May, while the Clarets have to contend with play-offs hopefuls Millwall.

Farke part of successful campaign at Elland Road
Farke deserves massive credit for the Premier League promotion, with the German manager dealing with several injuries this season.
The 48-year-old head coach has achieved the Whites’ goal of returning to the English top flight, and it’ll be interesting to see what the future holds for him.
There’s talk of Farke’s future in West Yorkshire being uncertain due to his record with Norwich City in the Premier League.
Leeds’ hierarchy seem to be having second thoughts about the German manager, despite what he’s been able to achieve this season.
While 49ers Enterprises must explore every avenue to ensure the Whites establish themselves in the top flight again, the head coach seems to be the least of their concerns.
Instead of thinking about changing a manager who’s brought success to them, the West Yorkshire outfit should focus on reinforcing their squad in the upcoming transfer window.
Plans should already be put in place to sign players who’ll be able to help the Peacocks survive the drop next season, which will be something the Elland Road faithful will hope for.
