Leeds United midfielder Mateusz Bogusz has been making a real name for himself over in Spain on loan at UD Ibiza this season.

The Polish playmaker has been scoring absolute thunderbolts consistently and has almost made a highlight reel from the start of this campaign alone.

Marcelo Bielsa sanctioned the exit of Bogusz at the start of this season, with opportunities set to be limited at Elland Road.

Phil Hay has even suggested that El Loco doesn’t want Bogusz in his plans, and an imminent exit could be on the cards.

There has been real fuel added to the fire this week.

Bogusz himself has spoken out and admitted that he would want to stay in Spain permanently if the option arises.

“Ibiza is completely different,” he told Super Express, as translated by HITC.

“We play a lot here and want to keep the ball. It suits me. It suits my style. If I could, I would like to stay in Spain.”
