Leeds United ready to let four youngsters leave before transfer deadline
Four Leeds United youngsters could leave Thorp Arch before the transfer deadline strikers, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
While Mateusz Bogusz and Ian Poveda are likely to be more high-profile exits if they seal a move away from Elland Road, Alfie McCalmont, 22, and Jack Jenkins, 20, could also leave the club permanently.
Bogusz is more likely to spend a period away from the Whites on loan and he could be joined on the temporary exit list by 18-year-old striker Max Dean and midfield talent Sean McGurk, 19.
Both Dean and McGurk have attracted interest from clubs lower down the English football pyramid for a loan move over the summer but any deal will have to be struck in the final days of the transfer window.
Cody Drameh is another who could leave Leeds United prior to 1 September but Jesse Marsch sees a future for him at the club after discussions at the end of last season.

Such is the nature of professional football at the highest level, not every young player at a club’s academy will make the grade and become a senior player.
For Jenkins and McCalmont, their time at Elland Road has been destined to end for some time but that doesn’t mean their careers are over with clubs lower down sure to be considering a move for either of them.
Their age of beyond 20 is a factor but Dean and McGurk still have time to impress and at this stage in their careers, they need time away from Thorp Arch to mature both on and off the pitch.
Some players have made the grade straight from youth football such as Sam Greenwood and Joe Gelhardt but it is only in special cases that occurs.
Loan moves are vital in a player’s development and the aforementioned duo are in need of that now having settled at Under-21 football.
