Leeds United: Rasmus Kristensen and Brenden Aaronson set for separate court appearances amid allegations
Leeds United loanees Rasmus Kristensen and Brenden Aaronson are both set to appear in court for alleged driving offences, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
The newspaper reported on its website on Tuesday (28 November) that Danish international Kristensen’s case is listed for 5 December at Harrogate Magistrates Court, where a disqualification will be considered following an alleged speeding offence on the A6040 Knaresborough Road on 19 February of this year.
It added that American attacking midfielder Aaronson’s case is also due to be heard in Harrogate Magistrates Court on 3 January after exceeding 30mph on 12 March and failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required to do so on 9 August, with a disqualification also to be considered.

Unhappy return
It’s not exactly the return to the West Yorkshire area that either Leeds loanee will be looking forward to ahead of their court appearances.
The 26-year-old Kristensen is currently out on loan with Roma, where the right-back has featured 12 times this season despite losing his place in the starting lineup recently.
Aaronson, meanwhile, isn’t having the best of times with Union Berlin, either, after the 23-year-old has also been warming the bench for much of the campaign, having made just five starts in his 14 appearances on loan in the German capital.

It remains to be seen whether either of those players will return to Elland Road at the end of the season, but it will largely depend on what division the club find themselves in.
The driving offence allegations against the duo come after Whites winger Ian Poveda was handed a six-month driving ban in October and ordered to carry out 140 hours of unpaid work after pleading guilty to driving while disqualified.
In other Leeds United news, a player looks “inevitable” to head out of Elland Road on loan in January.
