Leeds United official partner shares Kylian Mbappe image amid PSG exit speculation
Boost Drinks, an official Leeds United partner, have shared an image of PSG striker Kylian Mbappe amid his links to Real Madrid in the summer.
Larry Nance Jr, who is a shareholder in the club, jokingly tweeted at Mbappe and asked him to move to Elland Road in the summer.
Boost then shared a photoshopped image of the France World Cup winner in a Leeds jersey.
They wrote: “BREAKING: Kylian Mbappé could be playing premier league football next season.”
Would be something for Leeds United
Mbappe, one of the world’s top talents labelled “world-class”, is destined for clubs of the highest calibre, with Real Madrid being a prime contender.
Leeds, while ambitious and historic, operate on a different scale compared to European giants like Real.
The Whites’ current focus should centre squarely on their Championship campaign under the tutelage of Daniel Farke.
Promotion to the Premier League is paramount for the club’s aspirations and with Farke at the helm, Leeds must concentrate on optimising their performance and navigating the challenges of the league to secure promotion.
While the thought of Mbappe gracing Elland Road is charming, the reality is that Leeds United’s priorities lie elsewhere, making Larry Nance Jr.’s and Boost Drinks’ invitation a whimsical fantasy rather than a plausible scenario.
Currently, Leeds are in red hot form despite having a few injury woes but will be looking to keep the pressure on when they take on Plymouth this weekend.
