Leeds United not interested in selling Raphinha in January
Graham Smyth of the Yorkshire Evening Post has claimed that Leeds United are in talks with Raphinha over a new deal.
TNT Sports claimed that Bayern Munich had secured a deal for the Brazilian for a fee of £40-42million.
However, the YEP journalist has claimed that such claims are wide of the mark at the moment.

The report reads, “The 25-year-old’s contract is due to run out on June 30 2024 but talks are ongoing over an improved deal at Elland Road.”
Unlikely
Every player has a price and Leeds are aware of that.
The Brazilian has performed admirably well since joining the club last summer and he has progressed leaps and bounds.
If there’s a big offer on the table, the club cannot reject it straight away.
Having said that, a January exit is unlikely.
In the absence of Kalvin Phillips and Patrick Bamford through injuries, Raphinha has taken the role of talisman for the club.
He has already scored eight times in 16 top-flight games this season, and is the club’s leading scorer.
His consistency has been remarkable and the player has not done anything that suggests he wants to leave.

Leeds are struggling in the Premier League at the moment, and they will need Raphinha to take them to a respectable position at the end of the season.
The Brazilian has a contract at the club till 2024, and talks are ongoing over an improved deal.
Unless Bayern or any other club come up with an astronomical offer, it’s really hard to see the Brazilian leaving Elland Road.
