Leeds United move for Juventus striker Moise Kean hard to complete
Leeds United are not willing to spend more than £17million on Juventus striker Moise Kean with a move for the 22-year-old looking hard to complete, according to JeunesFooteux.
The French news outlet revealed on Saturday 20 August, that Newcastle and especially Leeds are showing an interest in the on-loan Everton striker.
However, it’s understood that a deal will be hard to complete, with the Serie A club needing to sign Kean permanently from Everton before looking to sell him.
Newcastle are also unwilling to pay more than £17million for the striker.
It feels as if Kean has been around for a long time considering he is still only 22.
He is a player that has certainly divided opinions and has really struggled to nail down a permanent home during the early part of his career.
His attitude has been an area of debate and could be an issue that Leeds need to consider if they do push forward with a move for the Italy international.
However, Kean is a young player who has plenty of time to get his career on the right path and under Jesse Marsch, he could thrive in Yorkshire if given the correct opportunities.
The American is certainly on the lookout for a new forward addition to rival Rodrigo and Patrick Bamford.
Rodrigo has started the season in excellent form and looks to be the man that Marsch is relying upon in the early part of the season.
Bamford’s injury issues mean a younger, potentially more unproven option could well be the calibre of player that the club look to bring in.
Another striker would polish off a good summer of transfer business at Elland Road.
