Leeds United midfielder lands new club after Elland Road exit
Leeds United are working hard behind the scenes to build a squad capable of thriving in the Premier League.
The Whites sealed their return to the top flight after topping the Championship with 100 points, following two seasons outside the top division.
The return to the big time will give Leeds a huge financial injection, which is expected to be spent on proven superstars during this summer’s transfer window.
It could also spell the end for players deemed not good enough to contribute at the highest level of English football.

Joe Snowdon finds a new club after Elland Road release
Joe Snowdon was one of the players deemed surplus to requirements after Leeds published their retained list this summer.
Snowdown was released after his Elland Road contract expired. The 21-year-old was signed from Manchester City in 2020, but never made an appearance for the first team.
However, it hasn’t taken him long to find a new club.
The midfielder was announced as Swindon Town’s latest signing on Tuesday (10 June).
Snowdown signed a one-year deal at the Country Ground and will be hoping to make an impact in a senior team for the first time. Swindon finished 12th in League Two this season.
A productive transfer window is imperative for Leeds
Leeds may have stormed to a Championship triumph last season, but it’s widely agreed that several new recruits will be needed if they’re to remain in the Premier League for more than one season.
The gap in quality between the Championship and the Premier League certainly isn’t getting any smaller.
Daniel Farke will know that, having suffered multiple relegations from England’s top division.

There haven’t been any notable signings to get excited about yet, although Leeds are close to finalising a permanent deal for Manor Solomon.
They have been linked with a handful of big-name strikers as well, although several fringe players may have to leave Elland Road to fund these deals.
The 49ers have put their faith in Farke to build a squad capable of creating a legacy in the Premier League. Now, he has to go ahead and make it happen.
