Leeds United make Jayden Bogle, Sam Byram squad decision v Hull City

Jayden Bogle is likely to be included in the Leeds United squad to face Hull City on Saturday, while Sam Byram might not be as lucky, according to LeedsLive.

The online news outlet shared an update on the availability of Byram (illness) and Bogle (dead leg) ahead of the game on 4 January.

The Whites currently sit at the top of the second-tier table and will want to further cement their position with a victory against their Yorkshire rivals.

There are not expected to be any further surprises in Daniel Farke’s squad.

Leeds United will be pleased about Jayden Bogle news

Leeds have been the best team in the Championship this season with half the campaign played. They’ve taken the battle for first place to every team that has chosen to go against them and have more often than not come out on top.

The West Yorkshire outfit have suffered the odd injury here and there, which has hindered their progress at times, but with Bogle now likely to return to first-team action, their game against Hull should be a walk in the park.

Of course, no team can be written off before a ball has even been kicked, but the fact that the Tigers are currently residing in the relegation zone of the second tier says all you now need to know.

Bogle being involved in the starting XI is a major bonus for Daniel Farke and his men, as not only will he provide some defensive stability, but he can also offer a helping hand in attack if he starts.

Only time will tell how the result will end up, but for the moment, things seem to be going in the right direction for Leeds.
