Leeds United have not asked Barcelona for Braithwaite or Dest to be included in Raphinha deal
Leeds United have reportedly not asked for any Barcelona player to be included in a potential swap deal for attacker Raphinha this summer.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the Whites have not discussed the possibility of Sergino Dest, Martin Braithwaite or Oscar Mingueza going the other way.
They also remain adamant that there have been no final negotiations regarding the possible sale of the Brazilian.

Naive?
If Barcelona can eventually chalk up the funds for Raphinha, they will be able to lure him away from the club.
It won’t be too difficult for them as they’ve got a number of players on their books that could be sold to raise funds.
Rather than that, Leeds could make their asking rate lower and maybe decide to include Dest and Braithwaite in the deal.
Braithwaite’s agent Hasan Cetinkaya has told Danish newspaper BT last summer, “From day one until now, everything has exceeded all expectations in terms of playing time in Barcelona and well-being at the club, and he is very happy.
“He was one of the best players at the European Championships with some incredible statistics, and he will continue in Barcelona.”
However, since then, he’s barely featured for the Catalan giants and would be a good backup striker at Leeds.
Even Dest would address an important position as Luke Ayling has looked like a shadow of his old self while Jamie Shackleton does not seem to be rated that highly by Jesse Marsch.
In Leeds United news, an under-the-radar court case involving the transfer of a Leeds player has reached its conclusion with the final payout revealed.
