Leeds United handed favourable conditions as RB Leipzig look for Jean-Kevin Augustin repayment
Leeds United will reportedly have to pay every bit of the amount owed to for Jean-Kevin Augustin RB Leipzig along with the interest decided by the ruling.
According to German media outlet Bild [7 December], they are offering the Whites favourable conditions but no discounts on the payments.
They’ve just been accommodating with the payment modalities, but are still entitled to receive £18.38million from Leeds which includes the interest due.

Finally
This saga has been going on for two years and it’s good to see it finally coming to an end.
Relationships have forever been strained between the two clubs and we’ll be surprised if there’s any transfer activity between them for the foreseeable future.
It’s good that Leeds are getting certain liberties over the payment structure although we don’t know what they exactly are.
It could be that they can schedule it over multiple instalments over the next few years or that the date when everything should be paid by is pushed further down the line.
With talks of a takeover also looming in the background it will be interesting to see how all of this pans out in the due course.
Leeds need to also shell out some funds in January to sign a striker and perhaps a left-back so this should hopefully not affect any plans of bringing in more players through the door.
In other Leeds United, 36 scouts recently showed up to watch multiple Leeds sensations with as many as four exits on the cards in the January transfer window.
