Leeds United exits: Tyler Roberts has QPR medical and Leif Davis heads for Ipswich
Two more Leeds United players are on the brink of an exit with Tyler Roberts and Leif Davis heading elsewhere in England, the Daily Mail reports.
The Welsh forward is in the process of completing a medical before a loan-to-buy move to Queens Park Rangers which could end up costing £4.5million.
At the same time the young English defender is reportedly headed for Ipswich for £1million, as the club’s transfer window in both directions keeps up a high pace.

The Yorkshire Evening Post had reported on 2 July that Roberts, 23, was at the centre of a head-to-head battle between Championship rivals QPR and Hull, but it looks like the West Londoners have got their man.
The Whites have apparently not targeted any help in the left-back department according to Phil Hay in The Athletic, and despite Stuart Dallas on the long-term injury list and 2021 signing Junior Firpo struggling in his first season Davis is set to walk.
The 22-year-old had spent the 2021/22 season on loan at Bournemouth and is now on his way out permanently.
Shedding
The departure of Roberts makes sense as he has been unable to prove himself a reliable source of goals in his time at the club, despite more opportunities than many.
He has only scored nine times in four seasons at Elland Road, making over 100 appearances, yet was often preferred to Joe Gelhardt during the previous campaign under Marcelo Bielsa before a knee injury ruled him out late on.
With Joffy now considered a key part of the future and the club still seeking expensive help at the position in the transfer market Roberts’ chances have run out, and it would be to the benefit of all three parties if he performs well enough at Loftus Road to make a permanent switch.

Davis’ leaving is more of a surprise in the circumstances, since left-back looks like the main weakness in the squad heading into the new season.
The defender is unlikely to become a key player at Elland Road after just 14 senior appearances and 15 more with the Cherries, so the third tier may be the best place for him to build from.
But without many designated options at the position he may have been valuable cover at least until Dallas returns.
Perhaps Victor Orta has a secret target in mind but there has been no obvious movement to provide competition for Firpo.
With headline signing after headline signing arriving so far this window, and one major departure down with another expected to follow, these moves trim some of the fat from the squad for players who clearly are not slated for much involvement in the eyes of Jesse Marsch.
In other Leeds United news, one club has concern about how the Whites will react to them in a major transfer market move.
