Leeds United loanee Diego Llorente has blown Don Hutchinson away as new footage has emerged of the Spaniard in Roma's Serie A showdown with Fiorentina.

The Italian giants managed to salvage a late draw in Sunday's (10 March) clash with Houssem Aouar's second-half strike and Llorente's stoppage time goal rescuing a point for Daniel De Rossi's side.

It was the Leeds loanee's right-footed effort that stole the show, however, as he thundered past Pietro Terracciano in the final moments to leave TNT Sports pundit Hutchinson stunned live on air.

Commentating on TNT Sport on Sunday (10 March) he said: "Oh my days, how have Roma rescued a point out of this? What a strike it is, Fiorentina could have scored five or six, they've missed a penalty, but Roma still believed they could get one more chance.

"What a nod down but what a finish. It takes a little knick on the way through but nevertheless, it was going in."

Will Leeds United sell Diego Llorente after Roma heroics against Fiorentina?

It seems almost certain that Leeds United supporters may have seen the last of Llorente in a Whites shirt as he keeps impressing week in and week out during his loan spell in the Italian capital.

The 30-year-old has made 23 league appearances this season as a regular fixture in Roma's defence under both Daniel De Rossi and Jose Mourinho and various outlets have suggested that a permanent deal is only a step away.

Whether or not Llorente will stay in Rome remains to be seen, as rumours continue to circle linking him with a move to Ligue 1 giants PSG, but the one thing that seems almost certain is that he won't be back at Elland Road.

The 30-year-old would certainly add a different dimension to Daniel Farke's backline if he returned to Leeds next season, but most supporters would be more than willing to sell the Spanish international if it helped sign Joe Rodon permanently.
