Leeds United have been rocked by the injury to Stuart Dallas, and Diego Llorente has posted a brilliant message on Twitter.

The versatile midfielder picked up an injury during the 4-0 defeat against Manchester City on Saturday at Elland Road.

The Whites have confirmed, via their official website, that Dallas faces a lengthy period out of action due to a femoral fracture.

Llorente wrote on Twitter: “At Leeds, we always march together and now we will do it more than ever.

“Be strong, Stuart.

“We are waiting for you in the field!”

Injury disaster

Leeds have been really unlucky with their injuries this season.

Last season, Liverpool went through horror luck with their injuries, but they are Liverpool after all, the mighty Jurgen Klopp’s team, who have got loads of options to rely on.

The same can’t be said about Leeds.

Dallas is seen as Mr Dependable for the club and losing him at such a crucial stage of the season sums on the cruel luck Leeds have gone through the entire campaign.

He usually remains injury-free, and now he has picked up an injury that is likely to rule him out till the end of the season.

It has come at a worse time as the club desperately looking to save themselves from getting relegated.

Not only he is a big influence on the pitch, but Leeds will miss a key leader in the dressing room as well.

The Whites have lost the likes of Tyler Roberts, Crysensio Summerville and Adam Forshaw for the rest of the season, while Liam Cooper has also picked up an injury.

In other Leeds United news, this NBC pundit says the side has been improving since Jesse Marsch arrived in Yorkshire.
