Leeds United: Deco in Barcelona in last gasp attempt to secure Nou Camp move for Raphinha
Raphinha’s agent Deco is in Barcelona attempting to secure a last-gasp move to the Nou Camp for the Leeds United winger, according to 90min.
The Guardian’s Fabrizio Romano reported on 29 June that Leeds and Chelsea have agreed a £60million fee for the Brazilian.
However, after Deco was spotted in Barcelona, 90min reported on Wednesday (29 June) that the winger’s agent was attempting to get the Catalan giants to up their offer for the Brazilian. Spanish journalist Gerard Romero, who works for Jijantes, shared the images on his personal Twitter account.
A matter of time
Deco’s attempt to get the Catalan giants to bid for the 25-year-old has seemingly come too late.
If Barcelona could’ve signed the Brazilian, he would already be at the Nou Camp in the Spanish club’s kit by now.

Sadly for Raphinha, his Barcelona dream will have to wait until another point in his career.
What he must focus on is the near future and the upcoming World Cup in Qatar and ensuring that he is in the Brazil squad.
Raphinha must make sure that he is featuring regularly before the World Cup with Brazil one of the favourites for the tournament.
A move to Chelsea looks the most sensible move for the Brazilian with the London club playing Champions League football and regularly competing for trophies both domestically and in Europe.
Raphinha would be wise to make the move the London and then pursue a move to Barcelona at a later stage in his career.
In other Leeds United news, Marcelo Bielsa tried to sign this striker in January but his agent has now confirmed that they are looking to leave Real Madrid this summer.
