Leeds United could confirm three new arrivals amid Javi Gracia work permit uncertainty
Leeds United could confirm three new arrivals to new manager Javi Gracia’s coaching staff, amid the former Watford coach’s work permit uncertainty, according to Leeds Live.
The West Yorkshire outfit announced the former Watford coach as their new manager [21 February] following the sacking of Jesse Marsch on February 6.
However, with the Whites facing a crucial relegation clash with Southampton this weekend, the Spaniard may miss the encounter due to a work permit issue, according to the Daily Mirror [22 February].

Gracia reportedly doesn’t have the required documentation to even take training and Michael Skubala who took interim charge for their last three games could take the reins once again on Saturday.
However, the Whites new boss, according to Leeds Live [24 February] will be asked to confirm the three new arrivals to his backroom staff, after Zigor Aranalde, Juan Solla and Mikel Antia were expected to follow Gracia into Thorp Arch.
Frustrating
It seems as if Leeds managerial saga is still ongoing with Gracia not being able to take the reins for their crucial relegation encounter with Southampton.
While the Saints have announced [The Athletic, 24 February] their own albeit temporary appointment in Ruben Selles, the Whites are still waiting for Gracia to be given the opportunity to start his own post potentially setting the club back another week in their race for English top-flight safety.

Leeds are in desperate need of three points against Southampton this Saturday and not having their Gracia in the dugout will not do any of the player’s confidence and morale any good.
In what is a game that could define the club’s season and position in the Premier League, to potentially not have their new boss or any of his coaches leading them out in front of their own fans is certainly a major blow.
In other Leeds United news, the club were snubbed by this former Premier League manager.
