Leeds United could be offered Francisco Trincao in Barcelona move for Raphinha – report
Leeds United could be offered Francisco Trincao by Barcelona as they prepare to move for Raphinha this summer.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who share that the Whites won’t sell the Brazilian for less than £42.2million.
One interesting development is that Barcelona may now include current Wolves loanee Francisco Trincao in any potential deal.

Leeds are using Barcelona’s recent purchase of Ferran Torres as a benchmark, and won’t sell Raphinha for less than that.
Trincao may not even be available at the end of the season, with Wolves having the option to turn his loan move into a permanent switch.
It is reported that appears unlikely at this stage though, with Oscar Mingueza another name that has been thrown into the hat.

No, thanks.
If Wolves don’t want to take Trincao permanently, what makes him an option that is good enough for Elland Road?
The Portuguese winger may have scored in that 3-2 thriller last week at Molineux, but his consistency is nowhere near good enough.
Jack Harrison and Dan James have both featured more in the Premier League and they have found the back of the net more.
Add Raphinha on top of that and all three of our attacking options out wide have better records, so Trincao wouldn’t exactly be replacing or bettering any of those.
Leeds need to be smart if they do let Raphinha go, and that means taking as much money as possible and then going for other targets.
Taking Trincao certainly isn’t smart.
