Leeds United attacker Willy Gnonto is reportedly set to leave the club after one season at Elland Road and return to Italy.
According to Calcio Web [22 May], an agreement has been reached over his exit this summer, ensuring Leeds will make a profit from his sale.
It’s understood that he will cost Sassuolo up to £13million to secure the services of the Italy international this summer.
Relegation spoils
If Leeds get relegated, they’re going to find it hard to keep a hold of their talented players and Gnonto is certainly going to be in demand.
The Whites signed him for an absolute bargain in the summer and despite being a teenager he’s managed to show just how good he is.

It’s evident that he’ll only get better with time and anyone buying him now will see it as a very good investment.
Along with Gnonto, one player who seems destined for the exit door is Diego Llorente who will not be continuing at Roma beyond the summer.
It’s been reported that he does not fit in at the club and Gnonto could join him through the exit door in the summer.
Leeds may even find it hard to keep hold of Tyler Adams who’s had a terrific first year at Elland Road and will surely command interest.
In other Leeds United news, Phil Hay claims that an international player at Elland Road has no place at the club next season and a summer transfer is on the cards.
