Leeds United: Andrea Radrizzani shares images from San Francisco in latest 49ers trip

Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has once again travelled to San Franciso over the weekend as the relationship between the pair continues to grow.

The Italian celebrated the “great partnership” between the two parties, as the 49ers Enterprises prepare to complete their full takeover at Elland Road over the summer.

Radrizzani was also pictured with Paraag Marathe, a face that will no doubt become more and more frequent at Elland Road over the years to come.

Writing on his personal Twitter account alongside photos from the Levi’s Stadium, Radrizzani looked to be having one great time on his travels.

“Great partnership and wonderful friendship,” he wrote.

“Thanks for the great hospitality. ‘Let’s Go’ 49ers.”

With each trip and meeting between the pair, it is clear that this takeover is getting closer and closer.

The goal has always been for the 49ers Enterprises to take over from Radrizzani will full control as they continued to up their minority investment in the club.

With the money already set aside to take control, it is a matter of when not if they decide to pull the trigger and start a new dawn at Elland Road.

Marathe and Radrizzani clearly have a great working relationship, and friendship by his own admission, so it is not beyond the realms of possibility that the Italian sticks around in a consultancy role to help the transition of ownership once it does happen.

Leeds fans will be counting down the days until this one does happen, regardless of the money already being spent in January, with a fresh start wanted by many.

This is one to keep a close eye on.

In other Leeds United news, a “very strange” decision from Marsch made one Sky Sports pundit believe the manager has no trust in one of his star men.
