Leeds United and AC Milan are reportedly in the hunt to sign in-form Blackburn Rovers striker Ben Brereton Diaz.
According to Spanish media outlet Estadio Deportivo, Milan are closely following the development of the Chile international who is also targeted by the likes of Everton, Valencia and Celta Vigo.
Unlike Leeds, clubs outside England have the chance to get Diaz to sign a pre-contract agreement as his deal is set to expire at the end of the season.
January move on?
Leeds cannot let go of another chance to sign the Chilean if he’s available when the transfer window opens next.
They have struggled in attack, especially since Rodrigo’s injury and Patrick Bamford clearly does not look fit enough to lead the line consistently for the entire season.

The Whites need a proven goal scorer to guarantee them 10-15 league goals per season and they will be getting that in Diaz.
While his only real contributions have been in the Championship, there’s a reason why he’s being coveted by a side in the Champions League.
The 23-year-old has continually been impressing those who have watched him, including Football League World’s George Harbey who’s labelled him as “magnificent”.
Hopefully, Victor Orta does pursue his services in January as he won’t be too expensive and will also be a good long-term option.
