Leeds United ace Manor Solomon sends message as injury bombshell emerges
Leeds United loanee Manor Solomon has sent a get well soon message to Tottenham teammate Guglielmo Vicario after his recent ankle injury.
The goalkeeper played 60 minutes of Spurs’ 4-0 Premier League win against Manchester City on Saturday with a broken ankle and still kept a clean sheet.
Writing via his personal Instagram account (25 November) the Israel international sent a message to the Italy international.
Solomon wrote, “Speedy recovery my brother” to the ‘keeper.
Manor Solomon is finally coming back into his own at Leeds United
Since the attackers’ return from injury, it feels like his performances for the West Yorkshire outfit have often left a lot to be desired.
When he first arrived at Elland Road there was plenty of hype around his move with most fans seeing him as an ideal replacement for Crysencio Summerville.
Recently, especially in their 4-3 Championship win over Swansea on Saturday, the Tottenham loanee has once again found his scoring boots and chipped in with two goals in the clash.
The loss of Vicario is obviously a massive blow to Ange Postecoglou’s team and it’ll be interesting to see if they target a short-term loan for a ‘keeper in January.

Only time will tell what the future has in store for the Italian but at the moment, he’ll likely be fully focused on his recovery.
Solomon will also be hoping to keep up this level of form for the West Yorkshire outfit so he can continue battling Willy Gnonto for a starting role in Daniel Farke’s team.
