Leeds United ace Jack Harrison sends ‘masterclass’ message to teammate after Nottingham Forest win

Leeds United winger Jack Harrison has congratulated teammate Illan Meslier on Instagram following the club’s 2-1 win against Nottingham Forest on Tuesday (4 April).

The duo both played the entirety of the match at Elland Road, with Harrison scoring the opening goal of the match as Meslier made several important saves.

The win continues Javi Gracia’s impressive start in the dugout, with the Whites now sitting 13th in the Premier League table.

Unity

With reports from other clubs involved in this season’s Premier League suggesting that there may be disunity behind the scenes, the harmony among these Leeds players is clear, and very much needed in the coming months.

The club are definitely improving under Gracia, recently climbing up the rankings and further away from the dreaded relegation zone.

The Whites remain just two points away from the bottom three, but have looked much more confident than other clubs around them in recent times, with the likes of Leicester and Crystal Palace sacking their manager amid worrying form.

The relegation battle is perhaps the tightest it has ever been, but if the harmony at Elland Road among players, coaches and fans continues, Leeds should be feeling pretty confident about avoiding the drop.

They certainly have the talent in the squad to do it, with a few more victories certain to see them over the line.

Meslier has perhaps not had his finest campaign for the club, but he will be crucial if Leeds are to stay up, with Harrison also key amid a fine run of form from the winger.

In other Leeds United news, Patrick Bamford has reportedly Bamford received multiple offers to quit the Whites for good this summer.
