Leeds keeping tabs on teenage Arsenal striker Khayon Edwards
Leeds United are keeping tabs on Arsenal teenage sensation Khayon Edwards, according to the Daily Mail.
The 18-year-old is in the final year of his scholarship deal with the Gunners and has rejected multiple offers of an extension. As a result, transfer interest is rapidly increasing in both England and abroad.
In the Premier League, Leeds are joined by Chelsea, Southampton, Brighton and Newcastle in the pursuit of Edwards.

Meanwhile, Hertha Berlin, RB Leipzig, Borussia Monchengladbach and Bayer Leverkusen all want to make the striker the latest young English talent to move to the German Bundesliga.
The report suggests that Edwards is expected to make a decision on his future early in the new year.
Exciting future
There is plenty of hype around Edwards, who the Daily Mail describe as a “rising star” and “one of the most exciting talents of his age in this country”.
This is certainly not unwarranted though as the striker has scored 14 goals and registered six assists in just 13 appearances at youth level this season.

He also featured against Newport County in the EFL Trophy in October and has trained with the Arsenal first team.
It is clear that Leeds will face plenty of competition to sign Edwards if he does decide to leave the Gunners next summer (2022).
The Whites will hope that their strong track record of developing youngsters and offering a pathway to first team football could appeal to the 18-year-old.
They completed a similar transfer earlier this year when they signed England youth international Lewis Bate from Chelsea, who had turned down a contract offer at Stamford Bridge.
In other Leeds United news, Marcelo Bielsa has revealed why one Leeds player was absent for the defeat to Chelsea.
