Leeds fan rages at club response to official complaint

Leeds United have been open with their plans to expand and improve Elland Road in the years to come.

The current state of the stadium on the inside isn’t the best, and much could be done to make the matchday experience better for everyone.

One fan has officially complained to the club about their seat for the heavy defeat against Liverpool, with the view of the pitch nearly non-existent.

Twitter user, Ashly Elders has shared the official response to that complaint and labelled it as nothing short of “shocking.”

“So after complaining to Leeds about our seat(s) at the Liverpool game this is the response, shocking,” they wrote.

“No real apology. Nothing. Not bad for 4 hours wage spent on seeing about 35% of a match. Football is for the fans?”

Shocker.

With Andrea Radrizzani being tagged in this message, he will surely have seen the complaint given the traction it has received.

If the ticket wasn’t listed as a restricted view too, that is even worst.

We can’t think of anything that deserves a refund more than this given that the majority of the pitch was blocked by the small gantry.

There was no real apology from the club on this, but just a standard reply as if that was going to make the complaint go away.

Instead, that has caused this to go onto social media and no one is coming away from this looking very good.

For Elland Road to reach the heights of the top Premier League stadiums again, things like this have to be improved – especially now the San Francisco 49ers are involved, we expect nothing less.
