Leeds close to sealing move for Huddersfield midfielder Lewis O’Brien
Leeds United are edging closer to getting a deal done for Huddersfield Town midfielder Lewis O’Brien, according to The Telegraph.
The Whites are hoping a total package worth £7million plus add-ons can be agreed for the English midfielder.
Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa wants O’Brien, 22, signed before the summer transfer window shuts and is also keen to bring a winger to Elland Road.

Boost
Bielsa has been impressed with the midfielder’s performances for Huddersfield, and Carlos Corberan will have given us everything we need to know.
He was a coach at Elland Road before joining the Terriers, and he definitely knows what the Whites boss wants in a central midfielder.
O’Brien has been sidelined for the last two games due to health reasons, but a move to Leeds could get done in a matter of days from the look of things.
Having seen Manchester United tear us apart, there is no denying that our midfield needs a quality addition.

We struggled without Kalvin Phillips in the starting line-up, and that is very troubling.
Leeds cannot always rely on the England international, and O’Brien could bring something similar to the team if snapped up.
This team badly needs such a quality addition in the middle of the park, and we have no doubt that he will impress in the top-flight given his huge potential.
