Largie Ramazani sends two-word message to Joe Rodon after Leeds draw vs Bournemouth

Leeds United extended their unbeaten home run in the Premier League but were denied a win in dramatic circumstances by Bournemouth on Saturday.

Leeds drew 2-2 with Bournemouth after Daniel Farke’s side were pegged in the third minute of stoppage time when Eli Junior bagged an equaliser for the visitors.

Joe Rodon and Sean Longstaff both bagged goals for the hosts, but as the game progressed, they went on to sit deeper in an attempt to protect their lead.

Although the three points were lost late on, Welsh defender Rodon took to social media to take positives from the result, with Largie Ramazani also sharing his thoughts in the comments section.

Ramazani joined Valencia on a season-long loan at the end of August, which was disapproved by portions of the Leeds fanbase.

Since arriving in Spain, the winger has been active on social media, posting five times on his Instagram account.

Following the result against Bournemouth, Rodon uploaded a post that showed him celebrating Leeds’ equaliser in the 37th minute with the caption ‘we keep moving’.

Beneath the post, Ramazani replied to Rodon, stating, ‘my boy’, which was followed by a heart eyes emoji as well as a teary one.

Leeds will seek to extend their good form at Elland Road against Tottenham Hotspur on 4 October.

Leeds are marching on without Largie Ramazani

Leeds United endured a disappointing transfer window and the departure of the 24-year-old winger was a piece of news that some did not want to hear heading into the league campaign.

Farke‘s side sit in 11th place after six games having won two, drawn two, and lost two from six matches thus far.

Leeds United in the Premier League 2025-26

With the exception of their 5-0 defeat away to Arsenal, the Whites are relatively enjoying life back in the Premier League.

Removing the demolition at the Emirates from their record, as well as the Leeds conceding a freak own goal conceded via Gabriel Gudmundsson at Craven Cottage, Leeds are proving their doubters wrong.

It was questioned as to whether the newly promoted side had sufficient quality to maintain their Premier League status, but their chemistry as a team can be seen through the goals they have scored this season.

They can take confidence in the fact that all six of their goals have been scored by a different player, which will make for happy reading among the Elland Road faithful.

Leeds United’s start has proven they are a team of grit and resilience, and their opening games at home have highlighted that they will not be pushed over at home this season.
