Kristoffer Klaesson next to leave Valerenga to join Leeds
Leeds United are closing in on the permanent signing of Valerenga goalkeeper Kristoffer Klaesson.
Wegard Bakkehaug has reported that the young goalkeeper will be the next player to leave Norway this summer.
The Whites are said to have placed an offer close to his valuation, and the deal is said to be completed soon.

Bakkehaug shared the update on Friday, with all arrows leaning towards Klaesson leaving for Elland Road.
Writing on his personal Twitter account, the journalist shared an update on the state of affairs at Valerenga.
“Nice deal for both player and Vålerenga plus some crumbs to the club where he actually learned this game,” when discussing another deal.
“Klaesson next out.”
Queue.
Valerenga looks to be in a decent position to make some good money this summer.
Smaller clubs will need financial boosts after the past couple of seasons have been decimated by COVID-19, leading to no matchday revenues and so on.
Klaesson has been on the radar at Elland Road for a couple of years now, and looks finally set to complete the move.
Marcelo Bielsa will now have four young keepers on his books, all signed after he arrived and ready to push Illan Meslier.
Even though no offer appears to have been accepted as of yet, it looks destined to happen very soon based on this.
Victor Orta has worked his magic yet again, jetting out to Olso to get this deal sorted, and hopefully, we can have some kind of announcement in the next week.
