Kalvin Phillips sends Jack Harrison message after breaking Leeds United news
Kalvin Phillips has sent Jack Harrison a four-word message after the Leeds United winger signed a new long-term deal at Elland Road.
The Whites confirmed the 26-year-old’s new contract on Thursday afternoon (6 April), with Harrison extending his Elland Road stay until 2028.
He nearly departed for Leicester City at the back end of the January window, but the Yorkshire side pulled the plug on the transfer at the eleventh hour.

Phillips has since reacted to the news after Harrison posted a picture on his personal Instagram account.
“Doesn’t get any better,” wrote Phillips (Instagram, 6 April).
Come back
How about you come back and sign a deal at Elland Road, Kalvin? In all seriousness, it’s clear the former Leeds man still has a soft spot for the club and will return to West Yorkshire in some capacity in the future. Things haven’t quite worked out at Manchester City, but there’s still plenty of time for the midfielder to succeed at The Etihad.
As for the Harrison news, this is a massive boost for the board and Javi Gracia. His performances of late have been electric and he’s thoroughly deserving of a new deal. Before he put pen to paper, there would’ve been some concern that he could’ve been sold in the summer.

There would’ve been offers on the table elsewhere for Harrison, so for him to tie himself down to Leeds is a significant moment. It shows the club is moving in the right direction and if they can secure their Premier League survival, the future could well be bright.
In other Leeds United news, a teenager now looks closer than ever to his debut after what he did at Thorp Arch during the international break with Javi Gracia taking note.
