Junior Firpo reacts as Sunderland promoted with Leeds United
Sunderland will join Leeds in the Premier League after their late victory against Sheffield United in the play-off final on Saturday.
The Black Cats left it late, with Tommy Watson scoring in the 95th minute to beat the Blades 2-1 at Wembley and secure promotion to the top flight.
Leeds will join Sunderland and Burnley, hoping that they can break the curse of immediate relegation that has followed promoted clubs in recent years.

Junior Firpo reacts after Sunderland promotion
Daniel Farke put some big-name exits and troublesome times behind him to battle to the Championship title this season, picking up 100 points in the process.
However, former Leeds players have also achieved success and are now set to reunite with the Whites next season.
Leo Hjelde came on for Sunderland in the 90th minute on 24 May and will make the step up to the top flight with the Mackems.
After sharing a post on Instagram to celebrate promotion, Junior Firpo and Willy Gnonto were quick to show their support to a former teammate by liking the post.
The Norwegian has made 19 appearances for Regis Le Bris’ side this season, but will be relishing the opportunity to return to Elland Road next term again.
Leeds exit on the cards for Firpo
As it stands, Hjelde looks more likely to play in West Yorkshire than Firpo next season, with the Dominican Republic international linked with a move away this summer.
The left-back has made 32 league appearances for the Whites this term, but his performances have gained him admirers.

Lazio are said to be looking at a move for Firpo, with offers also on the table from Spain and other English sides, with his contract weeks away from expiry.
The 28-year-old’s agent is reportedly holding talks over an Elland Road exit too, so it certainly looks to be on the cards.
Farke will have to turn his attention to the transfer window soon to build his squad for the Premier League, with a new left-back possibly needed.
Although Firpo has been the first choice for the German boss this season, his previous Premier League form does suggest that an exit could be a blessing in disguise.
With injuries interrupting his flow of first-team football, the boss certainly needs to consider replacements who can play regularly.
