Statement
This is more like it from the Whites and exactly what Daniel Farke will want to see. After a slow start to the Championship season in terms of results, which sees the club without a win in their opening three games, coupled with plenty of departures and injuries, this is the exact boost of optimism supporters would have been desperate for.
In Piroe, the club are acquiring a proven goalscorer at Championship level. He has found the back of the net on 41 occasions while providing eight assists in 91 appearances in the competition for the Swans and is now set to bring his shooting boots to Elland Road.

It also shows the pulling power of the West Yorkshire club who have been able to bring in a top talent from the division. Piroe clearly has faith that Farke’s men will be fighting at the right end of the table this season and wants to be a part of that project.
In other Leeds United news, the club are still eyeing up plenty of other transfers with a late spree on the cards.
