Jamie O'Hara stunned by Patrick Bamford in Leeds United draw v Leicester on talkSPORT in Premier League
Jamie O’Hara was left stunned by Patrick Bamford after his miss in the Leeds United draw against Leicester at Elland Road on Tuesday 25 April.
The England international swept the ball wide from a couple of yards out with the goal begging at 1-1, although there are suggestions he could have been offside.
O’Hara admitted that he could not believe what happened, with Marc Roca also missing a sitter just seconds before that happened too with three points there to be taken.
Speaking live on talkSPORT on 25 April, as shared on YouTube, O’Hara could not believe his eyes at what actually happening in the dying moments at Elland Road.
“The game I want to talk about, the Leeds v Leicester game,” he said.
“We watched it, it was a cracking game actually. Leicester came back into it, probably could have nicked it at the end, Bamford misses from a yard out, oh my word, I can’t believe he missed.”

Shocker.
Whether he was offside or not, this cannot have done Bamford and his confidence any good with the chance an absolute sitter, as he will know.
The number nine has battled brilliantly in recent games, holding the ball up superbly when starting games without getting much of a reward, even his strike at Fulham went down as an own-goal.
Sticking the ball in the back of the net is what you are paid to do in the final third though, and you could see at how he snatched at the chance last night that he is all over the place.
Javi Gracia did defend his striker after the game, but most of the animosity was towards the Spaniard himself for his mind-boggling selection and tactics throughout the clash.
Something needs to change at Elland Road, and it would help if that happened immediately at Bournemouth on Sunday, with Bamford hopefully finding the back of the net at the same time.
