Jamie O’Hara baffled after what Leeds United have done in Championship

Leeds United have won the Championship title after beating Plymouth Argyle 2-1 on Saturday, leaving Jamie O’Hara perplexed.

Daniel Farke’s team beat Burnley to the top spot, with Scott Parker’s side losing out on being crowned champions only on goal difference.

It looked like Turf Moor would be in for ecstatic scenes as the Whites found themselves behind against the Pilgrims, but Manor Solomon’s stoppage-time winner at Home Park secured the title.

While Farke has made history by being manager of one of the few teams to reach 100 points in the Championship, Burnley deserve some credit for doing the same despite not winning a trophy.

Leeds United brilliant to beat outrageous Burnley in Championship

Burnley coming second despite an outrageous season shows how good the West Yorkshire outfit have been, O’Hara says.

The talkSPORT pundit is baffled by the Clarets’ failure to win the Championship title despite getting 100 points and conceding just 16 goals in the league.

O’Hara can’t believe Parker’s team have failed to pip the Whites to the trophy, showcasing how good they’ve been.

Speaking on talkSPORT (3 May, 17:36), the ex-Tottenham ace said: “It’s outrageous that Burnley have got 100 points, conceded 16 goals and not won the title. It’s unbelievable. That shows how good Leeds have been this season.”

49ers Enterprises to invest after Premier League promotion

49ers Enterprises must back Farke in the upcoming transfer window with quality additions to the team.

The West Yorkshire outfit’s hierarchy are having doubts about the former Norwich City boss after winning Premier League promotion.

While the German manager didn’t have the best of spells in the top flight with the Canaries after winning the Championship title twice, he must be given an opportunity at Elland Road.

Leeds’ success in the Championship this season should be enough for the 49ers to stick by the 48-year-old head coach.

Burnley have had a fantastic season, but they haven’t gotten the better of the West Yorkshire outfit.

The Whites must build on their achievements this season instead of making drastic changes.

What the American owners at Elland Road should focus on is signing players and building a squad capable of surviving relegation from the Premier League.

The 49ers will be judged harshly if the Whites suffer immediate relegation in the upcoming campaign.
