Jamie Carragher makes Leeds United v Swansea prediction with Leicester title verdict
Jamie Carragher has backed Leeds United to beat Swansea as the clubs face in the Championship on 13 February, sharing a final score prediction of 3-1 to the visitors.
The former Liverpool defender said he expects Leeds to pick up all three points, while also sharing his view that promotion contenders Southampton and West Brom would do the same.
Carragher insisted that he does not expect Leicester to slow down on their march to the Championship title, predicting a win for them as well to remain 12 points clear of Daniel Farke’s side.
Writing for Sky Sports Super 6, Carragher predicted: “Leicester are storming the Championship and I’m not expecting them to slow down against Sheffield Wednesday, while I think Southampton, Leeds and West Brom will all register three points.”

This call came as no surprise given the form of Leeds this season, as they begin to turn up the pressure with their performances in the race for automatic promotion.
Farke’s side have won each of their last six Championship games, scoring 13 goals in that time including the recent 3-0 drubbing of Rotherham, with Crysencio Summerville the standout star.
However impressive it may be, their form has not quite been enough to pip Southampton to the second spot, with Ipswich beginning to fall away, with the Saints now unbeaten in a club record 22 games, and Carragher expects them to keep their good form up when they visit Bristol City.

It does seem like Leicester already have the title wrapped up, 11 points ahead of Southampton and 12 ahead of Leeds, and they simply will not stop winning at the moment.
If Farke’s side can get a result against Swansea and take all three points back to Elland Road it will be a case of moving on to the next game in search of the next three points to continue their promotion bid.
In other Leeds United news, Farke may be set to axe one Leeds star.
