Jaidon Anthony sends message to Willy Gnonto after incident in Leeds loss v Burnley
Jaidon Anthony has sent a message to Willy Gnonto after a poor challenge from the Leeds United winger in the defeat against Burnley.
The Whites suffered a 1-0 defeat at Elland Road on 14 September, with the former Elland Road loanee starting for Scott Parker’s side.
There was no love lost for the 24-year-old as Gnonto put in a crunching challenge from behind which saw him booked.
In a post to Instagram after the match in response to the Italian, Anthony said: “I thought we was still cool bro.”

It was the dream return for the Bournemouth loanee to Elland Road after an up-and-down spell last campaign.
Daniel Farke only utilised the winger sparingly and as a result, a permanent move was never really on the cards.
This season, Anthony has joined up with Parker’s side while Daniel Farke bought in the likes of Manor Solomon and Largie Ramazani.
It seems clear that the Cherries’ academy product has made friends at Leeds with Gnonto’s challenge coming as a surprise to him.
The Italy youth international isn’t famed for his defensive ability and this was made blatantly obvious on Saturday (14 September).

It was a day to forget for Farke’s side all around with yet another negative result at home taking away from a positive start to the season overall.
The German’s men now need to look ahead to the away clash against Cardiff City and get back on the winning trail.
