Italian media drools over Leeds United youngster Elia Caprile
Leeds United owned goalkeeper Elia Caprile has been getting rave reviews from Italian media for his impressive performance this season.
The 20-year-old joined the Whites from Chievo Verona in 2020. He is plying the trade for Italian side Pro Patria, on loan from Leeds this season.
The youngster has been outstanding for the Italian side, and Informazione Online has hailed him for his “miracle” displays.

The youngster should look to make the best use of his loan time and get as many games as he can.
This season, he has managed 37 appearances in all competitions.
In the league, he has kept 12 clean sheets and conceded 41 goals so far.
At first glance, the numbers may not seem too impressive, but the Italian club feel they are indebted to him for some extraordinary performances.
The newspaper hailed him as “Saint Elia”, and the club feel they would have been in grave danger without the youngster.
The Italian side are 15 points clear of the bottom of the table, and Elia has played a massive part in it.
He has done exceptionally well in saving penalties and everyone at Pro Patria are amazed at how he takes so much responsibility on his shoulders.
He will be returning to Leeds as a better player, definitely, and it remains to be seen whether the Whites send him on loan again, preferably to the same club.
