'Hope he gets a new contract', 'Seems to score a lot' - Some Leeds fans rave about U23s player
Leeds United fans are delighted to see Bobby Kamwa in such good goalscoring form for the Under-23s side at the moment.
Kamwa, 19, has had his injury issues at Thorp Arch in recent months but he managed to get himself on the scoresheet on Monday as Carlos Corberan’s side drew 1-1 against Barnsley at Oakwell.
The young winger came off the bench just after the hour mark and bagged a goal following good build-up play by Ian Poveda and Mateusz Bogusz.

Kamwa also scored against Bolton and Wolves’ Under-23s last month and his goalscoring streak continues despite him having some really bad luck with injuries.
It’s great to see a young player doing so well in the Under-23s, especially when there was some first-team players who got to feature at Barnsley on Monday.
Although Poveda’s role in Kamwa’s goal caught the eye of most Leeds fans, there were still plenty who were delighted with the Cameroon-born winger for sticking the ball into the back of the net.

Liking Kamwa too. Need someone at the end of those runs who can tuck it away.

We agree with what this next fan says.
Kamwa is definitely someone who doesn’t get that much attention in the Under-23s but that is bound to change after scoring again on Monday.
He’s probably quite far off a first-team call-up but Marcelo Bielsa will no doubt have seen his recent stats in the reserves.
Kamwa seems to be scoring a few lately and not one that gets talked about a lot. Potential? #lufc
