Georginio Rutter gushes over Glen Kamara as Leeds United star compared to Zinedine Zidane
Leeds United star Georginio Rutter has compared teammate Glen Kamara to Real Madrid and France legend Zinedine Zidane.
The comment from the Elland Road forward comes after the midfielder’s display in the victory against Swansea City, in which the visitors were ruthless.
Daniel Farke’s outfit won the Championship clash in South Wales on Tuesday (13 February) 4-0 to go second in the table, with the boss staying behind after to celebrate with the travelling fans.
Whites star Rutter took to Instagram after the match to celebrate the win, where he handed the “Zidane” tag to midfield ace Kamara.
Leeds United run riot
Leeds ran riot at Swansea, with the visitors not giving the hosts much of a chance right from the very first whistle. Rutter was heavily involved as Crysencio Summerville opened the scoring after just eight minutes, with Joel Piroe then netting against his former club just two minutes later.
Willy Gnonto then fired in a double to complete the victory, with the Whites overtaking Southampton in the Championship table after their 3-1 loss at Bristol City on the same night.
Farke will be issuing caution to his players, who must keep their feet on the ground despite another fantastic win. The Elland Road club are looking unstoppable at this moment in time, but the dangers are clear, with the Saints right on their tails.

League leaders Leicester City meanwhile are in no danger of dropping off top spot anytime soon, with the Foxes having perhaps already landed the league title given their huge lead.
In other Leeds United news, a Sky Sports pundit raved about one “valuable” Whites ace after what happened to him against Swansea.
