Gabby Agbonlahor: Leeds United in crisis
Gabby Agbonlahor believes that Leeds United are in a “crisis” this season and might have to spend in January.
Speaking on talkSPORT, the former Aston Villa striker turned pundit slated several players in his latest rant about the Whites.
It is clear that Agbonlahor isn’t convinced that Leeds can remain in the Premier League this season unless they make some big changes.
He said: “They’re getting found out. Yes, they’ve had injuries.
“Kalvin Phillips has probably been their star player. Raphinha has been excellent, but Harrison hasn’t turned up this season. Daniel James has gone in and not done anything.
“It’s a crisis for Leeds, and Leeds have got to spend.”
Agbonlahor is clearly still against Leeds.
In fairness to Agbonlahor, he makes two good points about James and Harrison, who haven’t started the season that well.
However, there is still a long way to go, and the Whites still have key players missing from their side, which is impacting both performances and results.
The good news is that Phillips and Diego Llorente are back, but the likes of Patrick Bamford and Luke Ayling are still injured [Leeds Live].

Any team in the world would struggle if they were without their first-choice right-back, striker, and central midfielder for various points across the season.
So, we still believe that once these injuries clear up, we will see a much better Leeds, and they will rise up the league.
However, they should still have more than enough to beat Norwich City on Sunday, and you have to hope that they can turn in a strong performance and seal a big three points that might keep a few people off their backs.
