Four Leeds United players set to miss Leicester City showdown - Injury Expert

Leeds United are set to be without four players for their trip to take on Leicester City in the Premier League, according to Ben Dinnery.

The injury expert has shared that the squad should not change with Stuart Dallas, Adam Forshaw, Archie Gray and Leo Hjelde all expected to miss out.

It appears as though the squad got through the Arsenal defeat unscathed, despite the high drama and challenges flying in everywhere at Elland Road.

Sharing the news on his Premier Injuries website, Dinnery looked to suggest that a handful of players will still be missing for the Whites at the King Power.

This is something that Leeds have struggled with immensely in recent years, although it is certainly improving after smart work in the transfer window.

Imagine this side with the likes of Dallas to call upon though, that would be one development that would leave everyone at Elland Road delighted.

The likes of Gray and Hjelde were in and around the first-team squad consistently through pre-season and as the Premier League kicked off, but their injuries will no doubt halt their immediate progress.

Mateusz Klich has looked brighter coming off the bench too recently, so Forshaw cannot afford to continue missing games or he will be gone before he knows it.

The main goal is keeping our available players now fully fit, with the squad really starting to take shape and impress, despite not picking up those wins that are needed.

With a short turnaround until the trip to Leicester on Thursday, Jesse Marsch will certainly be weighing up his options and who to start and ultimately leave out.

In other Leeds United news, this player could be first in the Elland Road boardroom as new contract talks may take centre stage
