Footage emerges from Elland Rd directors box which shows passionate Victor Orta celebration

Victor Orta might have been linked with a move away from Leeds United this week but clearly the speculation hasn’t dampened his passion for the club.

Footage has emerged on Twitter which shows the director of football punching the air after the final whistle was blown on Saturday as Leeds beat Fulham 3-0 at Elland Road.

LS11’s official Twitter account uploaded the clip of Orta and managing director Angus Kinnear celebrating the victory.

You really do love to see it.

Orta is such a passionate man and watching him cheer like a supporter after a win is something that all fans can get behind.

His passion is probably what has fueled him to do his job at Elland Road.

Although Orta’s time at Leeds got off to a rocky start when he signed what seemed like hundreds of below-par players in his first couple of transfer windows, it seems that the Spaniard has improved his recruitment by leaps and bounds while working with Marcelo Bielsa.

The Independent reported last week that Red Bull are looking into hiring Orta as their new technical director to oversee the recruitment at the likes of Salzburg and Leipzig.

We hope he doesn’t go anywhere because him and Bielsa clearly work well together.

Orta’s scouting network has done wonders since the Argentine arrived and, of course, Orta deserves praise for that decision in itself to hire the Leeds boss.

We cannot wait to see what his celebration will be like once promotion is confirmed.

In other Leeds United news, Bielsa has shared an update on Patrick Bamford’s fitness.
