Feyenoord manager Arne Slot addresses Leeds United links in press conference
Arne Slot has confirmed that he will not be leaving Feyenoord amid links to Leeds United after being asked about it in the press conference.
The Dutchman has been linked with a move to Elland Road, but has gone on record to now rule it out.
He was understood to be on the list to succeed Jesse Marsch who was recently sacked but that is not going to happen now with the Whites having to look elsewhere.

Voetbal International claimed on 10 February, “Slot was asked whether he could or did not want to leave. ‘I think a combination of both. The club has been clear. It was a compliment that a club like Leeds was interested, but we are doing something great with Feyenoord. We are in a great position in the league, the cup and Europe’.”
Move on
He’s now gone on record to rule out any speculation linking him with a move to Elland Road so that should put this to bed.
Leeds did their best to try and appoint him but it did not work out for them and it’s now time to move on and look at other options.
There have been links to Andoni Iraola and Ange Postecoglou and an approach for them could now be on the cards as well.

Marcelo Gallardo’s name has also been thrown into the mix and it remains to be seen if the club can convince him to join.
It seems like they’re heading for their second straight game without finding a manager to replace Marsch and it’s going to be the same three-man team.
Hopefully, we have a decision by next week so that the players know who it’s going to be and there’ll be much-needed stability amid all this chaos.
