FA set to broadcast massive Leeds & Man United special on Tuesday night

The FA will be showing the famous Man United v Leeds United game from 2010 in its entirety tonight on Facebook and YouTube.

It came after they asked fans to vote for their favourite FA giant-killing act. The Whites fans mobilised on social media and none of the others stood a chance with Leeds bagging a huge 55% of the total vote.

The reward is the full match ‘as live’ tonight with a 7.45pm kick-off.

We’ve no doubt you’ve seen highlights of the game before but if you’ve never seen the full match, this is the perfect opportunity to see Leeds get one over on United.

There were 42 league places between the two clubs when the game was played but Jermaine Beckford gave the lie to that stat in a spine-tingling game.

Let’s not forget the magnitude of what Leeds did at Old Trafford.

Man United had never been knocked out of the FA Cup in the third round or by a lower league club in the whole of Alex Ferguson’s reign.

And doing it at Old Trafford… it’s the stuff that dreams are made of.

You can watch the whole match tonight on the FA Cup’s Facebook page right here.
