Dominic Calvert-Lewin sends six-word message as Leeds United exit announced
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has taken to social media after a new transfer announcement.
Leeds have been linked with a whole host of players in January, though Facundo Buonanotte remains their only arrival as of yet.
However, on the flip side, several players have been linked with moves away from Elland Road in search of regular gametime.
On Friday, one of those exits was confirmed, with December’s Premier League Player of the Month, Calvert-Lewin, reacting.
Jack Harrison completes Fiorentina transfer
Jack Harrison seemed destined for an exit from Leeds as soon as he returned from his loan spell with Everton last season.
However, Daniel Farke attempted to reintegrate him into the first team, but with little effect, with Harrison having very little, if any, influence on the success that the Whites have had on their return to the Premier League.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Harrison was set to join Fiorentina on loan for the remainder of the season, with the Serie A outfit holding an option to make it a permanent deal.
That transfer was announced on Friday evening in an Instagram post, with Calvert-Lewin sharing the announcement via his story.

His message reads:” All the very best, my boy,” with the likes of Gabriel Gudmundsson and Noah Okafor also liking the post.

Has Jack Harrison played his final Leeds game?
Leeds have been in this situation before with Harrison, who is now set for his seventh loan spell in his career.
The winger was shipped out on loan to Everton upon Leeds’ relegation to the Championship, where it was believed that the Toffees had the option to buy.
Of course, they never took up that option, which came as little surprise given the lack of impact he had, with Harrison later returning to Elland Road.

Once again, there is an option to buy included in this loan deal to Fiorentina, with the fee believed to be in the region of £6million.
If the Italian outfit were to take up that option, Leeds would suffer a £5m loss on the £11m that was used to sign him from Man City back in 2021.
Ultimately, these next six months will determine his future at Elland Road, only this time, there really does seem to be no way back for the 29-year-old.
