Dean Jones outlines ‘top level’ Leeds United summer transfer target
Transfer insider Dean Jones has claimed that Leeds United might “sound out” Watford winger Emmanuel Dennis ahead of a summer move, as per GIVEMESPORT.
The Nigeria international has bagged 15 goals in 30 league appearances for the Hornets in his first campaign in England since joining at the start of the season.
Jones believes his Premier League experience could be a decisive factor in Jesse Marsch making his move for the 24-year-old.

He told GIVEMESPORT: “From what I understand, they would much prefer to have somebody who has had a taste of life in England, scoring goals at the top level, so Dennis might be a player they sound out.
“I don’t think it’s one that’s been mooted yet but, absolutely, that is the level of player that they’re looking at.”
No brainer
With Roy Hodgson’s side all but confirmed to drop down to the Championship at the end of the season, the Whites could easily prise the winger away from Vicarage Road in the summer.
They could get him at a much cheaper fee as well when they eventually get relegated with all of their star players undoubtedly wanting to leave if they receive interest from better teams.

They could face some hardball from Watford with the maestro under contract at the club until 2026 but they would surely cross that bridge if and when they come to it.
Dennis would be a huge steal if Leeds could bring him to Elland Road in the summer. His pace and intensity make him the perfect player for Marsch and the system the American coach likes to play.
Despite it only being his first season with the club he has been Watford’s best player by quite some distance and even after missing several weeks’ worth of action whilst away at AFCON, he still has nearly double the goal involvements as any of his teammates.
He is certainly a player that would improve the Leeds team and they should go for him.
In other Leeds United news, Joe Donnohue has been left in awe of “grounded” Kalvin Phillips after what he did during the Easter holiday.
