Daniel Farke sack verdict emerges from Leeds United already this season
Leeds United officials have shown little signs of unrest over Daniel Farke’s role as manager following a mixed start to the season, according to James Smailes.
The journalist reported via Leeds Live on Monday (23 September) that there has not been the slightest hint of a change in management as the Whites sit in sixth after six league matches.
Farke has come under heavy pressure, especially following the 1-0 loss to Burnley at Elland Road, but a 2-0 win over Cardiff City has put them back on track.
“There has been no suggestion or even the slightest hint from inside the club that a change is being considered, and given the team’s current league standing that’s no surprise,” Smailes wrote.

The 2-0 win over the Bluebirds was far from convincing, but gaining three points was the most important part of the journey down to the Welsh capital on Saturday 21 September.
Joel Piroe was called upon to round off the win late on after Pascal Struijk missed from the penalty spot, with Largie Ramazani opening his Leeds record in style.
While the defeats to Burnley and Middlesbrough have seen fingers being pointed towards the manager, few are experienced enough to keep a calm head at Elland Road this season.
Farke has secured promotion on two separate occasions with Norwich City, and he is expected to achieve the same with the Whites this term.

After six matches, Leeds are in a good position, taking 11 points from a possible 18 and sitting at the bottom of the Championship play-offs, five points behind leaders West Brom.
There is no reason to panic just yet. Despite links to new managers, Farke still looks to have the faith of the Leeds hierarchy right now.
