Daniel Farke rages at Largie Ramazani for what he did in Leeds United win v Cardiff City

Daniel Farke was fuming with Largie Ramazani on the Leeds United touchline during the 2-0 win against Cardiff City, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.

The news outlet reported on its website [22 September], in their off-camera moments piece, that the Whites boss raged at his summer signing 12 minutes into the match for not making the right run after he was seen instructing the winger minutes earlier.

Ramazani went on to open his Leeds account in the first half before Joel Piroe settled the tie in the final five minutes of the match to secure three vital points at Elland Road.

Daniel Farke gets back on track for Leeds United

The German cut an anxious figure in the Leeds dugout on Saturday (21 September) and his antics on the touchline tell the story of a man feeling the pressure after an underwhelming start to the season.

All three points were the requirement and his side delivered, while there is still ground to make up on the five-point gap to league leaders West Brom, the Whites remain on track in their automatic promotion aspirations and move up to sixth place after the win against Cardiff.

His outburst clearly had an impact on Ramazani, who scored the opener, and Leeds supporters will hope that the side can now push on and continue their march up the Championship table.

Another year in the second tier after last season’s playoff final defeat to Southampton is unfathomable, and there are few managers around better suited than the 47-year-old to lead the Whites back to the Premier League.

After losing several key players, including Archie Gray, Crysencio Summerville and Georginio Rutter, there were bound to be teething problems as the new arrivals settle into life at Elland Road.

But Leeds still boast one of the best sides in the division and will surely finish in the promotion spots at the end of the season.
