Daniel Farke and Paraag Marathe locked in Leeds United talks as deal agreed
Daniel Farke played a big role after it was shared that Nick Hammond had agreed to stay with Leeds United for the next two transfer windows, according to TeamTalk.
The online source reported on its website that the German was involved with talks alongside Paraag Marathe and Angus Kinnear before the deal was agreed.
Initially brought in as a temporary transfer consultant over the summer after relegation, Farke is said to have had the final say on Hammond sticking around after he clearly impressed.

A turbulent start to the summer ended with what can be as a very impressive window.
Player after player quit the club as soon as the season ended with little transfer activity coming the other, but as the window progressed, deals for the likes of Ethan Ampadu, Joel Piroe and Joe Rodon all came in.
When you add on keeping the likes of Dan James, Willy Gnonto, Georginio Rutter and Crysencio Summerville, Leeds fans were very happy with the business conducted.

Hierarchy.
After Marcelo Bielsa was sacked, there was a spell where numerous managers were simply told what to do with Victor Orta and Andrea Radrizzani getting far too involved.
Now, the 49ers Enterprises have come in and Farke has been handed the reins to mould the club how he wants it, and that is exactly how it should be.
The Whites finally have more control with the chaos nowhere to be seen at all after a turbulent summer, to say the least, with the performances coming now too.
Promotion is the goal, and keeping players in January as well as potentially bringing in one or two new faces will be key, and that is where Hammond comes in.
The consultant has stayed under the radar at Elland Road, conducting his business quietly and never really being seen, something that has worked wonders.
After successful talks and another deal being agreed, here’s to more successful transfer windows in the near future.
