Crystal Palace and Brighton join Leeds United in race to sign PSG forward Arnaud Kalimuendo
Leeds United will reportedly have to battle a host of Premier League clubs including Brighton to sign PSG forward Arnaud Kalimuendo.
According to 90Min, the 20-year-old is also being tracked by Everton, Newcastle and Crystal Palace.
It’s understood that Leeds were closing in on a £20million deal for him but he has impressed new manager Christophe Galtier who may be reluctant to let him go.

Keep pushing
With Charles De Ketelaere looking unlikely, Leeds do not have too many alternatives in the final third.
He appears to have his heart set on AC Milan and the Whites cannot afford to keep waiting endlessly
Instead, they must step up their pursuit of Kalimuendo and look to agree on personal terms with him.
Even if Galtier wants him, there’s no way he starts ahead of the fab three of Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar.
Thus, it makes sense to let Kalimuendo leave and if they do see him as one for the future, then they can include a buyback clause for him.
For £20million, the young French striker represents very good value and we would love to see him at Elland Road soon.
He would be an upgrade on Patrick Bamford and he also has a better fitness record so he will be more reliable in terms of his availability and that’s something that Leeds will need given how tough it was for them to field a nine last season.
In other Leeds United news, Jesse Marsch is extremely keen on bringing an ‘Exceptional’ striker to Elland Road this summer and has learnt his transfer valuation.
