Conditions for Leeds United exit revealed as Tyler Adams nurses Grade 3 hamstring tear – Injury Expert
We’re delighted to welcome injury expert Dr Rajpal Brar as our exclusive columnist. Each week he’ll be giving his views on the injury situation at Leeds United...
Tyler Adams suffered a Grade 3 tear in his hamstring which kept him out of action for Leeds United, claims Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert believes that while that is a significant setback as it also required surgery, it’s not necessarily why the United States international will leave this summer.
Leeds’ relegation Is likely to trigger many potential suitors towards the 23-year-old despite his absence from the game for this brief period.

Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said on Adams, “Adams had a grade 3 hamstring tear which typically comes with a 10-12 week return timeline.
“Leeds are likely going to have to cash out regardless due to their relegation and Adams wanting to play at the top level.”
Adams’ absence is what appeared to have started the Whites’ downfall last season as nobody in the midfield was quite as ready to replace him.
They brought in Weston McKennie on loan from Juventus and that ended up being a disastrous move as well.

Should Adams decide to stay, his recent injury setback is not something that will see the hierarchy drive him out of the club.
In fact, the new manager could use this as an opportunity to build his entire squad around the American as he’s undoubtedly among the top players if the best one at Elland Road.
In other Leeds United news, the club have been handed a boost to sign a Manchester United player this summer with Erik ten Hag likely to sanction his exit.
